We have been asked many a times what "Rōbhatah" means.

The word "robot" first appeared in the English language in 1923 from the Czech word "robota".

Robota (Czech)

servitude, hard and routine work

Rōjaniya (Sanskrit)

  desirable, pleasing

Bhatah (Sanskrit)

servant, a king's trusted warrior

"Rōjaniya Bhatah"

  "Rōbhatah"

Rōbhatah

  a desirable servant
    a loyal warrior

At Rōbhatah, we see robots as desirable servants. They will always remain under their human masters and will faithfully obey orders given to them by us.

In the coming years robots will handle much of our mundane daily tasks and bring freedom to our lives. We will find more time to do other more important tasks, or simply to relax and enjoy.

Rōbhatah - because humans deserve better
